Greenmount -

a Pathway to Success

Graham Scott

As a co-opted Governor, I have been on the Governing Body since December 2017. I maintain a passion for teaching and education in general having spent thirty eight years in the teaching profession in both the Primary and Secondary sectors. Within that time I became head teacher at two Bury Primary schools. Now retired, I believe I still have much to offer and will support, when and where I can, Greenmount Primary School.

My wife and I live within short walking distance of the school and we have a grandson in KS1.

Out of school I enjoy fly fishing and ornithology. As a member and lay preacher at Greenmount United Reformed Church, I currently provide a link with the school for festivals such as Christmas, Easter and Harvest Festival as well as supporting curriculum needs in Religious Education.
