Good morning Year 3,
I hope that you have all had a lovely Easter break. For most of this the weather has been kind,so hopefully you have been able to get yourself out into the fresh air, either in your garden or on short walks with your family. I'm hoping that you also enjoyed some chocolate, but not too much!!!
Today's tasks are as follows-
Today I would like you to do some comprehension. I have provided you with an image (picture) to look at and think about what it is showing you. Use your VIPERS skills to help you answer the questions, a lot of which involve prediction and inference. This comprehension activity should be shorter than the one set before the holidays.
- This week we will be finishing off our work on comparing units of measures, looking again at some basic decimal work as we move through the week. On the sheet, I would like you to compare between cm and mm. Hopefully this won't take you too long, as by now you should be becoming quite good at doing this. Once you have finished, I would like you to draw some lines, working on the accuracy of our measurements.
Don't forget to keep your times tables ticking over and keep up the hard work on reading the time from both from a digital and analogue clock.
Keep yourselves safe and I will see you soon.
Bye for now!
