Good morning Year 3,
I hope that your are all ok and are managing the work well, especially some of the work on measures which is a bit tricky!
Today's tasks are as follows-
Today I would like you to do the handwriting sheets. These won't take you a long time, so if you have finished, you can find out the meanings of any words that you are not sure of, recording the definition as a simple sentence.
* Today is our final day on converting (changing) between cm and mm and again we are also looking at decimal conversion. Remember, 6.2cm would be recorded as 62mm and 47mm would be converted at 4.7cm. We have covered this both in class and in some of your previous online work, so hopefully now you are becoming more confident with this! It isn't the easiest thing to get your head round, but it will become easier.
* Have a go at making your own skeleton from the sheet which I have given you. You might need an adult to watch you with the cutting and fixing the bones together.
Don't forget to keep your times tables ticking over and keep up the hard work on reading the time from both a digital and analogue clock (we will be doing some work on this next week). However, most important, take plenty of breaks, get some exercise and if you are able to, some fresh air in your back garden.
Bye for now!
