Complaints

Occasionally, difficulties do arise. We hope to resolve any problems amicably and informally. If the problem is a class based one please see your child’s class teacher. If however, it is one that is school based or you have not been satisfied with the outcome following your appointment with your child’s class teacher then please arrange to see Mr Griffith or Mrs Kenyon and we will do the best that we can to rectify any problem.

Should it be the case that we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction our complaints procedure requires that you put your complaint in writing and forward it to the Chair of Governors who will respond to your complaint in a timely manner.
