I was appointed as Head Teacher of Greenmount Primary School in September 2012, previously being the head at nearby Summerseat Methodist Primary School. I began my teaching career in Warrington in 1997.
I feel honoured to be the head of such a special school where governors, staff, parents and children work together for the good of all our pupils.
As a governor, I work alongside colleagues to set the long term vision for the school and appreciate the contributions made by all. One of the governors' roles is to hold the head teacher to account which our governing body does effectively, supportively and respectfully.
