We discourage children bringing mobile phones into school. This is due to the danger of loss / damage and more recently due to the danger of them potentially being used in cyber bullying.
If older children bring mobile phones into school because they are walking home etc they must be handed in for safe – keeping. If a child is found using / playing with mobile phones during the school day the phone will be confiscated and parents will be required to collect them.
This also applies to any electronic device.
