Children should not arrive on site before 8.40 a.m.  If this is unavoidable for older children, they should wait on the area outside Year 1.

Playgrounds open:    8.40 a.m. 

Doors open:                8.50 a.m. (8.45 a.m. in inclement weather)

Beginning of day:      9.00 a.m.

Morning Break:          10.30 a.m. – 10.45 a.m. Year s 1, 2, 4 and 6

                                     10.45 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.Year 3 and Year 5 

 Lunchtime:                12.00 p.m. – 1.00 p.m. (Reception)

                                    12.15 p.m. - 1.15 p.m. (Year 1)

                                    12.15 p.m. – 1.15 p.m. (Year 2)

                                    12.30 p.m. - 1.30 p.m. (Years 3 to 5)

                                    12.00 p.m. - 1.00 p.m. (Year 6)

Afternoon Break:      2.15 p.m. – 2.30 p.m.

End of Day:                3.30 p.m.

Please note that if there is a birthday, then sweets etc are often given out at the end of the day so children may not come out onto the playground until 3.35 p.m. If you have a medical appointment near to 3.30 p.m. please let the teacher or school know and they will do their best to have your child ready for 3.30 p.m. exactly. Children are not able to leave school before 3.30 p.m. on a regular basis.

On the odd occasion we are able to seat children in the school reception area if you are held up. This is only for emergency use. If children are left at school after 3.40 p.m. without prior notice , we will contact you and make alternative arrangements.  Teaching staff often have after school meetings and courses etc to attend and are not in a position to supervise children whose parents are late.
